Lisa Kiblinger is an outstanding healthcare provider. She understands all my complications and truly knows my medical file from all my other Doctors and makes me feel so well taken care of and does not let me leave until she knows I understand everything.

Lisa is an incredibly skilled patient care provider and I have recommended her to several friends who have also been very pleased with their care. We are all very sad to see her leaving the practice.

This was my second visit with Lisa. I am borderline diabetic and was suffering with fatigue. This was a follow up visit to determine if the treatment plan she prescribed was working. It is working and both of us was very pleased. She found a lump on my thyroid during the exam. She scheduled an ultrasound to determine exactly what we are dealing with. She is friendly and thorough and I am satisfied with the care she is providing.

Lisa is always caring, very good at paying attention to you and your issues as well explaining and recommending places and things that would be helpful for your care. Could not ask for more. I'm very saddened that she will be leaving the practice.

Dr. Kiplinger was good. I was just overwhelmed by all the bad news and didn't have a good plan for questions. She spent a great amount of time with me but, as I said, I was a little overwhelmed. the Nurse/PA, as I mentioned she seemed anxious to get out of the room both at the beginning and end of the appointment so I feel under trained on use of my pens, etc.

Provider lost connection several times, then came back.

Dr. Lisa came in, did her exam, went and returned within seconds with Dr. Bode and after his exam recommended admission to Piedmont Hospital. Great service!!

Lisa Kiblinger's tone towards me when discussing my condition was a condescending one that did not exude any empathy or care towards me. It appeared that she was a bit peeved when I asked her more detailed questions or challenged her presumptions about my health. Finally, she agreed that my PCP would work on any additional issues that she thought she should address during that visit. In my opinion, her customer service was poor and I have visited this office several times over the past 12 months to treat my diabetic condition. The former PA I visited recently left the practice so I was a new patient to Lisa Kiblinger. I would not recommend her to any other individuals due to her lack of patient care.
