Dr. Carter is the absolute best. She is attentive, personable, caring etc. 10/10. I can,Äôt say enough good things about her. Not all doctors are measured equally. She is truly amazing !!!

She Listens. She gives me honest answers. I asked her about medicare and the biannual pap test and she gave an honest answer.
