Michelle was very pleasant and was very polite answering all my questions and provided alot of details.

Dr. Jones in my opinion is one of the greatest doctors I,Äôve ever worked with. She basically saved my life from my infections in my blood and everything else going on with me. She,Äôs just not a doctor. She actually cares about her patience and we,Äôll go above and beyond.

She consistently keeps ne updated. Always asks questions. Stellar medical professional.

Due to the snow and weather conditions, some of the staff members were not able to safely come in to work. I received a phone call to be sure that I could safely come in for my appointment. That was very considerate. When I got to the doctor's office, the were able to see me earlier than my scheduled time. Dr.Jones discussed in detail all of my previous to date lab results and assured me that we were on the right path to recovery. My lab nurse was one who couldn't safely make it in to work so Dr. Jones personally changed my picc dressing herself. Thank you Dr. Jones and staff for going above and beyond. It means a lot to me to know that you are fully engaged in my medical care.
