My appointment was at 9:15 I arrived 45 before my appointment time. I was called back to the back at 9:20am waited 45mins in severe pain. I had my wife to go see what going on after waiting 45 mins after being called to the back. Tech stated it was 2 people ahead of us and I really wish I would,Äôve known that before check in and paying my copay. We decided to go to the hospital bc I couldn,Äôt take the pain. I was checked in and treated at the hospital as soon as I got there and treated within a very reasonable time 2hrs. It should be no reason my primary care provider doctor office should have took longer than a hospital. I was very disappointed.

Dr. Onyegbula is the best! Spends time with me, answers questions & makes a plan. She is always cheerful & caring. Her staff is always pleasant & nice. I love their office!
