Very courteous, very to the point which is what I needed. I had a previous bad experience with Northside. Dr. Raju was great. She explained my results so I could understand the severity of my issues. She was direct with me and I greatly appreciated that. Dr. Raju sent in the request for my cpap as urgent. I have not heard from the medical company yet but I am grateful for Dr. Raju doing her part so quickly. I feel like I might get my life back!
