After a sometimes long wait, I often feel slightly rushed & hesitant to ask too many questions or express any concerns I may have. I realize the dr.'s are very busy but sometimes I wish they would ask if I have any questions or concerns.

I was surprised at how she listened and seemed concerned about my problem. Most doctors dismiss people and are arrogant.

Provider was rushed to visit not only one but the following pt. I completed a form concerning my problems prior to her seeing me & she didn't even get to look @ it to review with me.

My regular physician Dr. Veronica Garret was out of the office the day I called for appt. But the staff said Dr. Naomi Harris could see me. I was apprehensive at first but I was in pain so I decided to see Dr. Harris and am glad I did. She was very thorough and I was very pleased with her demeanor.

I mentioned I had not been sleeping well and it was never followed up with the doctor.

The people answering the phones needs improvement.
