The nurse and doctor were both on time and very cordial. I,Äôm hard of hearing and the doctor speaks quickly so I had trouble understanding him sometimes. I did appreciated his friendliness. Also the front desk personnel were very friendly. It was a good experience overall.

40 minutes wait past appointment. Dr was not prepared. Didn,Äôt know me.
