Excellent Doctor. Talked us through everything and why she thought it was the best procedure. VERY comfortable with her.

I was extremely happy with my visit. She spent time with me and really explained what was happening with my heart. How it works and how it is now good. She was very patient with my questions and even drew a diagram to explain how my heart was working and the issue I had. One of the best experience I have ever had with a Dr.!

Nina was great. She gave me easy to understand instruction on my upcoming procedure. I felt she really cared for my well being.

i thought nina hudon was exceptional. I am totally at ease with her. she seems truly interested in my well being and very knowledgeable. she took the time to look up my scoring as to why I needed to stay on the Eliquis.

she was excellent, she explained everything to me and my husband until we totally understood everything, she answered all our questions.

The provider did not listen to my concerns as evident when advising I did not want a particular medication and requested it anyway. Also did not show respect when speaking to another nurse on the phone and laughed about a question tha was posed. Provider also implied that I was not in pain and was seeking drugs unnecessarily.

Nina was great.

I was there for a wound check. This woman never even looked at my wound site! She thought I was there because I had an implant....didnt even check my chart to see I had one removed. Very unconcerned about it all. I was not impressed and felt my time was wasted as well as the money for my visit.

discrepancy between in home pacemaker check and Medtronic technician was not the same--all of the pre op could not be completed at this visit

Felt rushed and not given time to process and ask questions.

I wanted to write down exactly when to stop my meds preop for my ablation. I did not fet a chance to do that, Ms Hudson instead said to pick up another pre op pamphlet across the hall, but the pre op pamphlet I had already received did not state when to stop my medications.

Main thing is she DID NOT LISTEN! Granted, she did not usually deal with this particular issue, (removing a stitch and changing a dressing) however, it was basic nursing. It was appropriate for her to call the doctor because there Was active drainage. Main gripe is I asked her repeatedly NOT to put silk tape on my skin, or at least just use a 1-inch border. Totally ignored me. Ended up with 4 inches on all sides! She said it sticks better. I told her that's because on older people with thin skin it also rips it off! Wore me out!

This NP was an excellent provider. As a professor of Medicine I never give personal (Very Good, 5) ratings until I know the individual well enough to make that evaluation clearly.

I am happy I chose the Piedmont Group as my healthcare providers. I feel comfortable and at ease with this group.
