Nonso Emechebe, MD earned his medical degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University (NAU) in Nigeria and completed residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

He is board certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine with over 20 years of experience within and outside the United States. His special interests include preventive care, obesity medicine, and partnering with patients to manage chronic diseases, including diabetes, hypertension, Asthma, COPD and heart failure through practical, individualized and evidence-based care.

In his free time, Dr. Emechebe enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading epic fantasy novels, and following financial markets.
