My provider was kind and patient and caring. She shared her own personal experiences with her health. I appreciated her vulnerability and willingness to let her personal experience inform her professional advice. It was a more meaningful visit because of her great balance of empathy and professionalism with careful consideration of me and my personal journey of health, as well.
