Excellent care from the team here and I recommend them every time I discuss my cardiac issues.

I had a number of tests today which included an echocardiogram, a blood draw, a cardiac CT, an EKG. I registered for the echo and CT online so everything was prepared for me. When I arrived however, I was directed to get a blood draw and an EKG through a text on the morning of my visit. Consequently, I had to register and get orders for these tests. the blood draw took a long period of time in the waiting area before the brief task of taking blood. I waited more than a half an hour and consequently, I was tardy for my CT. Now I was late for my doctors appointment. Well there is a sign in the blood draw waiting area that states placing your paper face down in a tray, some patients coming in find it hard to locate the tray. Or pull the paper and not place it in the tray at all I witnessed that today. It might be more efficient to have the tray directly below the sign so people can follow the directions more clearly. The staff in the CT area were exceptionally friendly and pleasant. Teresa did my prep. Leon did my IV prep. All went well quickly and efficiently. Mary in the EKG area was also very pleasant and friendly as where the two front desk girls, I was in and out in a flash.
