Puja S. Mehta, MD

Dr. Puja Mehta is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine. She completed her residency at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center in Marietta, Georgia. Before residency, she conducted clinical research at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago.

Dr. Mehta has a special interest in women's health and preventive care. She focuses on evidence-based medicine and takes a thoughtful, comprehensive approach, incorporating appropriate integrative strategies when medical evidence supports them, considering lifestyle, prevention, and overall well-being. She collaborates with patients to support long-term wellness through practical, personalized, and medically appropriate care plans.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mehta enjoys painting, creative arts, reading, traveling, and staying active. She values spending quality time with her husband, her puppy, and her family and friends.

Dr. Mehta is currently accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
