Rachel Gray-Nelson, FNP-BC, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and her Master of Science in Nursing, with a specialization in family practice, from Kennesaw State University. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Rachel worked as a family nurse practitioner in Hiram, Georgia for five years.
