My husband and I both always make our appointments with Rachel Sohnen. We just love her. She is very caring and competent.

Rachel is first-rate all around. I had not seen her previously, but she provided excellent care and I greatly appreciate everything she did. My case was fairly straightforward - but nevertheless, outstanding care and communication from Rachel. For example, she explained the reasoning behind interpreting the issue as bacterial as opposed to viral.
Kiara was the nurse who did the initial stuff (blood pressure and initial conversation). She was fantastic. Rachel was the PA who assisted me. She was fantastic as well.

Rachel is an excellent medical professional, as she is great at listening and asking questions that help guide me through our discussions. By being totally transparent with Rachel, she has assisted me greatly during my appointments as she is empathetic but also knows when to challenge my thoughts in a respectful way. Without this, I don't think I would be in the better position I am know if I had not had Rachel's assistance.
