Helpful and friendly. Offers options and guidance for care. The lady at front desk was rude and unhelpful. I think her name is Lacey. She wouldn't even let me complete my sentences. As I watched her while. Waiting, it seems she came alive and exuded customer service when patients do not present as a minority. For people of colour it seems she returns to impersonal and rude. Nurses and care team were awesome.
