He graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and afterwards completed an Internal Medicine residency at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. Dr. Horak currently is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Alabama Air Guard serving as the Senior Flight Surgeon with the 187th Fighter Wing.
