Dr. Rice did a nice job. The office needs to submit my information for billing purposes so I can get a detailed coded itemized HAR report to submit to my insurance. This should have been done immediately from the office.

Easy to talk with, was able to meet each request with meds to help until I could see a Dermatologist.

My experience was fine, however had to wait a little too long in the exam rooms.

Waited almost an hour to see the dr. First time I met him he was very nice and I thought I found a dr I would feel comfortable with. He was a bit short with me this time when I discussed my frustration trying to find a pain management dr as the original referral was just not for me. He told me to find one and he would do a referral. He was very short with me when he announce he does do pain management. I felt he was dismissing the pain I deal with on a daily basis,Ķ. Other than that he is fine,Ķ. Did love the Trump backer on his wrist either,Ķ. Politics should never be brought into the workplace

It's okay. Not fantastic, but it will do for now.

He listens to all requests within his scope.
