She was extremely knowledgeable about my plan of care and she continued to asked me if I had any questions. She wanted to be sure that I understood my plan of care. I told my husband that she reminded me of a doctor and I had an excellent customer service experience with her. I,Äôm really glad that I met her.

Sonie was very thorough with me. I am almost deaf, and she spoke very clearly and loudly so I was able to understand her. She was very kind, and as a added bonus quite pretty.
