Srinivasa Rao Chennareddy, MD Interventional Cardiology in Macon, GA

Dr. Chennareddy is a board-certified interventional cardiologist dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered cardiovascular care. He earned his medical degree from Guntur Medical College in India before pursuing advanced medical training in the United States. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at St. Michael's Medical Center, an affiliate of Seton Hall University, where he also served as Associate Chief Resident and Chief Resident and received multiple awards for excellence in teaching.

With more than two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Chennareddy has practiced in Virginia, Alabama, and Georgia, caring for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, structural heart disease, and other complex cardiac conditions using the latest minimally invasive techniques. Prior to joining Piedmont Macon, he practiced at Piedmont Henry, where he provided comprehensive cardiovascular and interventional cardiac care.

A passionate educator, Dr. Chennareddy has mentored Internal Medicine residents at Wellstar Spalding Medical Center and served as a clinical preceptor for medical students from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He is committed to combining advanced cardiovascular care with education, prevention, and personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve better heart health and improved quality of life.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Chennareddy enjoys teaching, reading, watching football and cricket, and spending time with his family.
