The only issue with the experience was getting a call back from office when trying to make the appointment.

I felt that I talked to as if I was in the office and how I looked, sounded and how I was feeling was taken very seriously. I felt well taken care of.

I felt that she didn't focus on my main complaint which was body aches I've experienced for some time now that have gotten worse over the past month. A suggestion of physical therapy and ibuprofen while focusing on my neck and wrist pain doesn't fix my overall body pain and sleepless nights, foggy memory, fatigue etc. She didn't ask enough questions so I left feeling frustrated and I'm still feeling the same way.

Stephanie was exceptional! I recently had serious surgery & she was following yup with me regarding some meds.
Her comments about a sinus infection and its treatment seemed to contradict my experience in the past, and her answer to my follow-up comment in the portal was contradictory to my doctor.
I blame myself for the visit not being better. I knew what I wanted done but did not ask for it. Under the circumstances, I think the care provider did what she thought was best.
Audio teleconferencing didn't work properly
the only concern I had is that I had to go to another urgent care to get a flu and strep test to rule out other causes of my illness besides Covid. I wish I could've come to the parking lot to do this at piedmont instead of going elsewhere.
