His first remark, after the greeting and handshake, was ,ÄúHow are you feeling? Showed interest in me as a person, as opposed to a file folder. He was informative, candid, concise and fielded all of my questions. He engaged my wife in the conversation as I explained to him her 55+ marital support of me.
