Valerie was great. I felt like she listened to me, heard my issues, adjusted her thinking in ways that showed she was incorporating what I was telling her and provided a clear path forward. Overall this probably seems like it ought to be a fairly standard minimum bar for providers to clear but this has not been my experience with Piedmont more broadly so Valerie stood out.

Pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive NP. I have to call back to schedule an endoscopy/colonoscopy. Scheduling issue on my end. Overall good experience.
