Mrs Jackson introduced herself and welcomed me as a new patient for her. She observed my emotional duress due to other medical concerns and problems that didn't involve her. She encouraged me, calmed me, made sure to reassure me and my emotional and medical concerns, and took care of my six months follow up for care with no hesitation, like there was not a recent switch to the team. I like being consistent with my doctors, and was a little nervous at first. Now, I look forward to my next visit with my new neurologist because I know she will take good care of me.
