it was oddly comforting to see a team going about the business of assessment to transplant with such efficiency. There was certainly a seriousness with the process but everyone was just business as usual. As a patient, to see the process as "just our everyday business and what we do all the time" was very calming. Everyone was confident and answers questions with ease and authority. very good experience.

it's like the heath care for the future..

I know a Liver transplant/graft recipient that had her procedure done at Piedmont and she really gave you all high marks. I echo her experience so far. I think I'd rather be left in the dark about some things, but we seemed to have gone over all the pros and cons and I think I'm more comfortable now than when this all started.
