I had been seeing the previous doctor (dr Kaul). She was so kind and understanding and truly met me at a place that I felt comfortable with. Dr A must have been picked by Dr Kaul because I felt right away that she was going to be the same. Often for people with serious mental illness (in my case schizoaffective), medical doctors seem to blame everything on the mental illness and don't feel comfortable treating our physical ailments. Dr A is superb at talking with me--not at me. She obviously cares about all of my little quirky physical stuff and has always offered some sort of an idea for me to try out. I medically have psoriatic arteritis and fibromyalgia. She is always tender and sympathetic. Aside from my psychiatric therapist, Dr A has become my favorite doctor...I can't even count the number of doctors and PAs that freeze in their boots when they learn of my mental health issues....she didn't, ever at anytime, back off or read her notes or gloss over anything I was saying or trying to explain (physical or mental). I must have done something really, truly good to have the pleasure of having her on my team. By the way, the office staff and nurse are so incredible! My sister-in-law makes my appointments for me because we come in together and nobody has ever questioned the system that we have set up to get her to work then pick me up and then both us seen by Dr A and on the road before afternoon traffic. About my nurse--he was just as kind and generous and happy as Dr A. We moved through the process perfectly smoothly and he even shared a little laugh with us. You guys have a fantastic team and it seems to me that it works absolutely smooth! Than you Dr A and our nurse. You make coming to the doctor much less harrowing and maybe even a little fun!

Dr. Amratia demonstrated familiarity with my health challenges despite never having treated me before. She obviously spent some time looking at my charts and history. She was efficient without making me feel rushed. I would recommend her.

Provider was attentive and ensured that I was following up on items that she identified within my blood work.
