My wait time to see the doctor was 1 1/2 hours. If I had been late over an hour you would have told me to reschedule and charged me a fee. Someone should have said he is running behind or even apologized. But neither happened.

Went for a 6 month recheck after surgery in February. Very pleased with the progress and didn,Äôt have to do the other side!!!!

Dr. Miller was great with my daughter every time she came to an appointment. He was great with explaining everything that was going on. He made her comfortable at 2 when she started seeing him and continued that until the 8 year old she is now. Dr. Miller answered all my questions as well as all my daughter,Äôs questions. While discussing scheduling my daughter,Äôs surgery, Dr. Miller took the time to discuss how recovery would impact her hobbies and activities so we could choose the best time to have the surgery. He called the night after surgery to check on her recovery. And when I called after hours a few days later concerned about bleeding, Dr. Miller spent the time to calm me and fit us in to be checked the next day.

New his business can relate to a lay person.
