Ive been with Dr. Joshua Cutler for several years now, and he's always been very helpful, responsive, thorough, and professional.

Staff members always courteous, my whole visit was taken 20 minutes see my Dr right before the nurse came to visit me .

My overall experience at Piedmont Hospital was a mix of outstanding care from the hospital staff and a very disappointing experience with my attending physician. The nurses, charge nurses, patient care technicians, transport team, and CT staff were exceptional. Every interaction with them was professional, compassionate, and reassuring. I especially want to recognize Deja, who was one of my primary nurses. She consistently took the time to explain what was happening, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable during a stressful hospital stay. In many ways, she communicated my care better than my physician did. I also want to recognize Ochuko, who was equally wonderful. She was knowledgeable, calm, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. Both of them exemplified what outstanding patient care should look like. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Smriti Goyal was the complete opposite. During my three-day hospitalization, I don,Äôt believe we spent more than eight minutes interacting. One encounter, in particular, has stayed with me. She entered my room with the lights off and only turned on the vanity light across the room rather than the lights near my bed. From where she was standing, she briefly looked at me and said that I ,Äúlooked fine,,Äù then asked which arm I was having problems with. It did not feel like she had actually examined the affected arm before making that assessment. Moments later, she casually mentioned that I ,Äúmight have to keep you here for a couple more days.,Äù That statement was delivered without much explanation or discussion. Additional days in the hospital carry emotional, physical, and financial consequences, and I expected a more thoughtful conversation about why that might be necessary. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unheard. It,Äôs unfortunate because the outstanding care I received from the nursing staff and every other department made me want to give Piedmont Hospital five stars. They were compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cared about my well-being. If my experience with my attending physician had reflected the same level of professionalism and empathy, this would have been an excellent hospitalization from start to finish. Thank you to Deja, Ochuko, and the many other team members who made an incredibly difficult experience more manageable. You are the reason I would still recommend Piedmont Hospital despite my experience with my physician.

Love Dr Cutler. He listens, he explains, he asks questions, he is really good at getting to know you. His qualifications are very impressive. I feel safe with his advice.

Dr. Cutler is very easy to talk to and has a professional but relatable demeanor. His diagnoses are easy to understand and act on. Tamika is really professional and also a delight to interact with- she is a gem. Bridget and Dallas in the lab are very friendly and super efficient. Myly is always wonderful to interact with through the app or on the phone- super knowledgeable and very efficient. The front desk staff members are always welcoming and efficiency, too.

Dr. Cutler is a remarkable physician because of his attention to detail and his caring attitude! I would highly recommend him.
