My follow-up visit with Dr Pugliese was informative, and I appreciated his taking the time to answer my questions. The main concern was the wait time. The doctor was over an hour and a half late, and after about an hour, the nurse came in to let me know he was running behind and that I was next to be seen. By the time he came in, my mammogram results, which had been done several hours earlier, were already posted in MyChart, so I had seen the results before our discussion. He was very apologetic about the delay, which I appreciated, and I understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect the schedule.

Dr. Puglise is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. I am so thankful I found him. His nurses are very kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Pugliese was so kind to squeeze me in when my doctor told him about my radiology findings - he said he didn't want me waiting with anxiety for several more days. His nurse, PA, nor he ever seemed concerned that closing time was rapidly approaching. They never rushed us but gave us the attention and care that you'd give a friend, and we'd only just met. Even my biopsy results came back rapidly (submitted Friday with results in on Monday), which is a testament to Piedmont's process, as well. Even though they didn't contain good news, I have no hesitations remaining with Dr. Pugliese and the Piedmont organization for all of my next steps.

What an amazing experience with Dr. Pugliese this morning I was able to talk with him during the entire removal of my port. I was completely comfortable and satisfied.

Dr. Pugliese's skills as a surgeon are exceptional, I had great results with my surgery. He has a natural ability of putting his patients at ease and showing genuine care and concern for his patients. I am so thankful I found him. He is one in a million.
