Susan Clare Diagana, NP

Susan Clare Diagana is a Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in all aspects of Primary Care for more than 15 years. She earned her BSN and FNP from Emory University.

Susan's goal is to work as a team with patients to help them achieve the best quality of life possible by working to prevent, treat, and manage acute and chronic health issues. She especially enjoys providing effective treatment plans for diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, COPD, asthma, and depression/anxiety.

Susan relocated to the area from Indianapolis, Indiana and enjoys rowing with Augusta Rowing Club, hiking, and riding horses in her free time.
