On-Demand Video Visits
On-demand video visits are one more option we offer you for seamless, safe access to the exceptional care you’ve come to expect from us. If you have a minor illness or other health concern, you can receive a diagnosis and treatment plan from a Piedmont provider in real time. And it’s so convenient—you log in to our virtual waiting room to talk to the next available provider from your home, car, office, or wherever you are.
No appointment is required, and both insured and self-pay patients are welcome. All Piedmont virtual visits are HIPAA-compliant, ensuring your health information stays private, and notes from this appointment will be seamlessly integrated with the rest of your Piedmont MyChart profile.
Take advantage of on-demand video visits 7 days a week: Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. or on weekends from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Holidays may impact available hours.
Patients under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their video visit.
