Open 7 days a week with extended hours at most locations. Affordable self-pay pricing and most insurance accepted. Walk-ins are welcome at the clinic, based on availability; priority given to scheduled appointments.

Payment for Services

Most insurance plans are accepted (now accepting Ambetter Health Plans). Please contact your insurance carrier before visiting to confirm service coverage. If you're uninsured, self-pay options are available.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, gift cards (Visa and Mastercard) and personal checks that represent the exact amount for services. We no longer accept cash as of January 2023.

Please note: A valid ID, insurance card (digital copies cannot be accepted) and form of payment are required at time of service. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks that represent the exact amount for services. Without these necessary documents, your visit will be rescheduled.
