Shyam K. Vekaria, M.D. is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon practicing in our Gwinnett and Johns Creek locations. In addition to treating patients with general orthopedic conditions and fractures, Dr. Vekaria has subspecialty focus and training in total joint replacement and reconstruction surgery, including primary and revision hip and knee replacement. He is particularly interested in total hip replacement utilizing the direct anterior approach, robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery (including total and partial knee replacement), and computer-navigated surgery. He has experience with revision joint replacement surgery for complications after surgery or failed total joints, as well as infection and periprosthetic fracture care.

Tuan L. Bui, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Bui is a fellowship trained spine surgeon. Dr. Bui believes that the key to being a good doctor is being a great listener. Dr. Bui lives by this personal philosophy and brings it into his practice of medicine. Ryan W. Lirette, MD, MPH, FAAPMR is Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist with subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine. He practices in our Gwinnett, and Johns Creek locations. He is an American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Fellow. Dr. Lirette provides nonsurgical orthopedic care to patients utilizing his training in management of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and sports-related injuries. His practice includes nonsurgical orthopedic medicine, interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine, kyphoplasty, botox injections to treat dystonia, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and sympathetic blocks.

Dr. Lirette completed his medical training, residency, and fellowship at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. As a PM&R physician Dr. Lirette’s goal is to improve function, pain, and quality of life for his patients.

Snehal C. Dalal, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Fellowship trained in surgery of the hand and upper extremity, including elbow and shoulder arthroscopy and reconstruction, Dr. Dalal's practice includes general orthopaedics and sports medicine. Dr. Dalal has special interest, training and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of employment injuries.

Dr. Dalal has served as team physician for Duluth and Central Gwinnett High Schools, co-director of the BB&T Atlanta Open professional tennis tournaments, and side-line physician for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game.
