Joseph R. DiStefano, DPM is a podiatrist specializing in the treatment and rehabilitation of sport injuries, pediatric medicine, and various foot and ankle surgeries. He has over five years of extensive experience diagnosing and treating foot, ankle and lower extremity pathology. Dr. DiStefano is highly skilled in determining the cause of various foot/ankle issues and recommending a treatment plan. Dr. DiStefano uses cutting-edge therapies and current techniques in surgical management.
Dr. DiStefano is from Syracuse, New York, and has an undergraduate degree in Biology from Syracuse University. After finishing graduate studies at SUNY at Buffalo, he attended the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a three-year residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
When Dr. DiStefano is not saving soles, he enjoys spending time with his wife, young daughter, and dog.
Dr. Curry is a native of Georgia. Medicine has been her lifelong passion and she feels blessed when a patient puts their trust and health in her hands. Dr. Curry states "treat every patient with the utmost respect and care, as if they were my own family member. I enjoy meeting new patients daily and exploring the challenges of podiatric medicine." Dr. Curry's professional special interests are in forefoot surgery, tendon injury repair and diabetic limb reconstruction. Dr. Curry provides service in Lithonia and Midtown.
Dr. Naim Shaheed is a native of Georgia. He has been in private practice in Metro Atlanta area since 1991. Dr. Shaheed's professional interests are sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. He is on the Board of Directors for the "100 Black Men" of DeKalb. He is also part of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Dr. Shaheed resides in Snellville. In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving and karate. Dr. Shaheed provides service in Lithonia and Midtown.
