It is a nightmare to get thru to the actual dr or nurse practioner with the AI messaging. Nothing works right: either the extension doesn,Äôt go thru or no one answers or it takes so much time to communicate that My Chart is not what you need. The answering line set/up acts like you don,Äôt know what you want or that you do not have enough sense to have already tried what they are saying . If you can,Äôt tell them that you are late and why; and that a 20 min late window might not be enough, and that you really need to see the dr now; then why have it set up at all! It,Äôs very discouraging and very depressing.
