Carter Leigh Spear, PA

Carleigh Spear, PA is a Physician Assistant and is a new graduate with a degree in Master of Health Science, Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Atlanta, GA. Prior to that, Carleigh earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.

Carleigh brings clinical experience in patient evaluation, acute and chronic disease management, procedural supports, and all stages of perioperative care. She is committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care to all her patients.

Carleigh completed clinical rotations in Women's Health, Orthopedics, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine. She managed high-volume chronic disease care and preventative health visits, (including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia), musculoskeletal complaints, and behavioral health concerns, while collaborating with specialists to support longitudinal patient care.
