As someone who manages multiple autoimmune conditions, including lupus SLE and rheumatoid arthritis, I was incredibly nervous about switching PCPs after a move. Dr. Joe was so pleasant, professional and attentive during my visit. She explained her recommendations for care going forward clearly and with reasons. She was very thorough and even noticed on my chart from previous practices in Florida that some instructions on prescription usage needed to be made clearer. All the team members were pleasant, friendly and professional and made me feel at ease.
