Evan Nicole Graham, MD Family Medicine in Locust Grove, GA

Dr. Evan Graham is a family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia, followed by a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Georgia State University. Dr. Graham received her medical degree from Mercer School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Wellstar in Douglasville, Georgia. She is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Graham provides care for a wide range of conditions, including asthma, hypertension, diabetes, musculoskeletal injuries, anxiety, depression, and women's health concerns. She also performs procedures such as laceration repairs, joint injections, and Pap smears. Her clinical interests include lifestyle and preventive medicine, obesity medicine and weight management, behavioral health, hypertension, women's health, and geriatrics.

In her free time, Dr. Graham enjoys baking, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, traveling, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and shopping.
