He is the replacement for the last PA that I dealt with. He was friendly & professional. He listened to my concerns, asked detailed questions and we had great conversations regarding my issues. He was thorough and explained things to me where I could understand. He made me feel as if he was genuinely concerned about my issues and what we needed to do and things to think about and prepare for down the road.
