We had to see the NP a the regular provider was out of town. The NP was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Ms. Nguyen is excellent.

She didn't appear to have any interest or concern about me. In fact, she had an arrogant attitude and made me feel stupid. I left wondering why i had driven over an hour to get there, and even longer to get home, and had to pay a sitter while I was gone. Total waste of time and money. Every other person in Dr. Wycliffe's staff has been exceptional.

She needs to tone down her ego and listen to the patient. Don't talk at the patient, talk with the patient.

The only problem I had was waiting for 50 minutes after the lady did my vitals, otherwise everything else was o.k. I don't normally see this person, but due to scheduling problems, I took the PA this time. I usually see the doctor.

she is excellent! it was the first time I have seen her. very thorough, very concerned, moved right away to get pacemaker checked, recommended. chg in medicine, but agreed that i could wait two days b/c I was seeing my,regular cardiologist vist who has managed my meds for 28+ years.

Ms. Lynn was knowledgable, friendly, and caring. I did have a lot of questions, and she answered them fully and patiently.
