Mellissa Ward, MD is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and is board certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. She holds professional memberships in the Trauma Association of Canada, the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, the Association of Women Surgeons, and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Ward has published several peer-reviewed publications, abstracts and presentations with a variety of journals and research posters.
