Dr. Trotter,Äôs assistant is very personable and does so much for me. She is outstanding. Dr. Trotter is very nice. I only see her for a couple minutes so can,Äôt really make a complete assessment.

We waited in the waiting room for more than one hour to see the doctor. My husband was never called to go to the back area. After 45 minutes, when most of the patients who came in after us had already been called, I asked if there was a problem with the doctor and was told no...no problem, but she would check. She said he would be called next, but someone else was. We had another appointment in the afternoon and had to leave after waiting for more than an hour without seeing any provider.

Dr. Trotter was very professional and pleasant. She listened and provided positive feedback to reassure me and help set achievable goals. She performed a couple of quick procedures and was very thorough in her approach. She is now my physician of choice for all of my foot care needs.

Both Dr. Trotter and her assistant were very helpful and explained everything I needed to do.

Mindy was cool with my dad. The nail tech got him into a better mood so Mindy got a better version of him. Mindy further debulked his fungus toe without causing him any pain.
