I always feel reassured after a visit with the doctor and PA at the Ellijay office. They are very professional yet very personal as well.

PA Pamela Key was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She listened to me and answered every question understandably. She was intent on finding out what has gone wrong with my health. She was personable and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Pam is outstanding.

She was well prepared, and took the time to answer all my questions. This was my first visit, and I had sent medical records from previous docs, and I gave her my own written summary. Pam helped me schedule the next visit and told me how to get the tests scheduled. Pam also called me in the afternoon after talking to Dr Abrahamian, and told me I needed a couple more tests for diagnostic reasons. I feel confident in her care!

Everyone was friendly and professional

I was having some blood pressure issues and had called and left a detailed message with the nurse to see what Pamela thought. She was kind enough to get me into the office the next day. She seemed very caring and helped me to figure out how to deal with the issues and hopefully not have anymore.

Pamela Key is amazing. She listens to me, explains things where I can understand them and I trust her guidance with my health.

I was greeted at front desk by a very Friendly lady..She made checking in A breeze. From there I was taken to exam room by a lady. In a short time we were talking about our grand Children and many other things. Pam came in and took her time Explaining my test and Questions..

Pamela was direct - to the point - extremely polite and honest. In my opinion - she dealt with me and discussed my portfolio exactly how I preferred it to happen. She is the reason I continue at this time with Piedmont. The NP i saw before Pamela (only once) was the reason I remained absent for a while - her manners and delivery were disrespectful and appalling. Dr Smith convinced me to give Piedmont another chance and made an appointment for me with Pamela, I,Äôm grateful to both - Dr. Smith and Pamela for their fine work.
