Pascha Nicole Chafin, NP

Pascha Chafin, NP, specializes in vascular surgery. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Charleston and completed her Nurse Practitioner degree at Mountain State University. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Pascha provides care for patients with a wide range of vascular conditions using both open and endovascular approaches. Her clinical interests include aortic disease, carotid artery disease, peripheral arterial disease, dialysis access, and superficial and deep venous disease.

In her free time, Pascha enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
