This was my first visit with Dr. Robert West. My former physician was Dr. Daniel Boone, who was a very nice gentleman. Dr. West was very pleasant and friendly, he took time to talk with me and make me feel comfortable. He went over my medical history including past surgeries, medications, and family health issues. I believe he will be a caring and competent caregiver for me. Thanks

Dr West listens, thinks, and interacts to provide the best healthcare possible. He is fantastic. Piedmont, in general, and the office manager are NOT excellent.
