Rajeev Singh, MD, MBA earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at University of Texas: Southwestern. He went on to complete cardiology fellowship at the Krannert Institute of Cardiology at Indiana University followed by additional training in advanced heart failure and transplant training at Washington University in St. Louis. He earned his Master of Business Administration in medical school and served as chief cardiology fellow while at Indiana University. He received his undergraduate degree in biology and history from University of Southern Indiana and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.
Dr. Singh is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the Heart Failure Society of America, and the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation. He is certified in echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography and nuclear medicine by the Nuclear Board of Cardiology. He specializes in the treatment of heart failure patients who may require advanced therapies, mechanical circulatory support and/or transplantation. He has a special interest in end stage heart failure and management by remote monitoring and telemedicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Singh enjoys spending time with his family, reading, cycling, and exploring the beautiful parks Georgia has to offer.

Dr. Robert Cole, MD, FHFSA, is an advanced heart failure and cardiac transplant cardiologist with the Samsky Advanced Heart Failure Center. Dr. Cole received his medical degree and completed his cardiology residency and advanced heart failure fellowship at Emory University. He specializes in the treatment of heart failure patients who may require advanced therapies, mechanical circulatory support and/or transplantation. In his spare time, Dr. Cole enjoys exercise, all things sports, a great meal, and spending time with his daughters.

Benjamin DeMoss, MD, is a cardiologist who specializes in advanced heart failure therapies, mechanical circulatory support, cardiac transplantation, and critical care medicine. Dr. DeMoss is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Emory University School of Medicine. He received fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease, Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology, and Critical Care Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine.
He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, Heart Failure Society of America, International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation, and American College of Chest Physicians. His clinical interests include treating heart failure patients who may require advanced therapies, mechanical circulatory support and/or transplantation, and caring for patients in the cardiac intensive care unit.

Dr. Loungani earned his medical degree at Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed his internal medicine residency in the Osler Medical Training Program at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He went on to complete fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology at Duke University Hospital. He also completed a research fellowship at the Duke Clinical Research Institute.
Dr. Loungani specializes in Cardiomyopathy, Advanced Heart Failure, and Cardiac Transplantation. He additionally has a special interest in caring for patients with Cardiac Amyloidosis. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, and most recently board certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology. Arun Krishnamoorthy, MD, earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia and his medical degree from Emory University in 2007. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas in 2010, also serving as a Chief Medicine Resident from 2010-2011. He completed his clinical and research fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease at Duke University and at the Duke Clinical Research Institute in 2015, with additional sub-specialty training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology from 2015-2016 also at Duke University. Dr. Krishnamoorthy is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology. In his spare time, Dr. Krishnamoorthy enjoys ultimate frisbee, Atlanta college and professional sports, travel, and spending time with family. Ezequiel J. Molina, MD is the new surgical director of the LVAD and Heart Transplant Program at the Piedmont Heart Institute. He earned his medical degree from Buenos Aires University in Argentina. He completed his cardiothoracic surgery residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York ,where he served as a clinical instructor focusing on heart transplantation and mechanical circulatory support devices. Dr. Molina is board certified in Thoracic Surgery and General Surgery.
Dr. Molina has been practicing medicine for 10 years. He is proficient in all aspects of adult cardiac surgery including surgical coronary revascularization, aortic aneurysms, valve surgery, and complex reoperative surgery. He specializes in durable LVAD implantation, heart transplantation and surgical therapies for cardiogenic shock. Dr. Molina publishes and presents extensively in his field at national and international meetings. He has been an Investigator in several LVAD trials. Dr. Molina serves as a member of the STS-Intermacs Database Task Force, the largest durable LVAD registry in the world. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Molina was the surgical director of the LVAD and Heart Transplant Program at the MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute in Washington, DC. He also served as co-interim chair of the Department of Cardiac Surgery. Dr. Molina was an associate professor of Surgery at Georgetown University and the program director of the mechanical circulatory support and heart transplantation surgical fellowship.
